You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of the platforms where you publish content (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Business, etc.).

AI outputs may be inaccurate or similar to content generated for others. Review all content before publishing. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

The platform, brand, design and software belong to Social Creator AI. Subject to these terms, you may use content you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

We offer Free, Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly plans. Features and limits for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

AI tools consume credits. Plan credits and recharge credits are used as described on the Pricing page.Owner to confirm: whether unused credits expire or carry forward.

Paid plans and recharges are charged in Indian Rupees through our payment provider. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, changed or removed.

• Generating illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading or adult content.
• Spam, scams or bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or abusing the service or credits.
• Sharing or reselling accounts without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Social Creator AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or AI-generated content.Owner to confirm: liability cap and governing law / jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
